Teen Parent Program

This program provides case management, referral and advocacy for pregnant and parenting teens through age 21. Assistance is provided to assist young people to remain in or return to school and coordinate necessary support services. Prevention services are integrated into the program. Teen parent staff work closely with school district staff and families. Funding is provided through grant funding and contracts with the Department of Family Services.
