Tenth graders from across the county will tour the Career & Tech Center of Sullivan County BOCES next week. The tour is the second phase of Career & Techs recruitment process to engage students in discussions about their educational choices as they enter eleventh grade.
During the tour, students will have an opportunity to explore the options available within the Career & Technical Education (CTE) Center, visit classrooms, meet the instructors, ask questions and speak with current students about what the program has to offers. All of the Career & Tech programs provide high school students with the opportunity to learn essential job skills through hands-on and project-based instruction, in additional to giving them opportunity to participate in intern and externships within various industries.
For more information on the programs available through the Career and Technical Education Center visit our website at www.scboces.org or call 295-4152
