    The BOCES will provide a variety of facilities services including, but not limited to, hiring electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and other related positions.  Each service position will be responsible for completing routine maintenance work within their specialty, prevention maintenance, emergency repairs and special projects.  The goals and objectives of this Coser will be to provide a shared facilities service that is cost effective and enable districts to access high quality trades professionals.
     
    • Electrician
    • HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) Technician
    • Plumber

    This Coser is not eligible for aid.

     
    Cost Formula:  FTE based on actual utilization.
     
    Supplies and materials for the facilities services will be charged at cost.  (NYS Contract pricing, competitive bid when available, or multiple price quotes when required.)
