General Education Diploma
The half-day General Education Diploma (GED) program prepares 16 to 20-year-old students for positive outcomes as an alternative pathway to graduation. The class consists of and prepares students in the four main subject areas of Math, Science, Language Arts, and Social Studies.
Students may apply for credit towards these subject areas if they have successfully completed and passed the corresponding NYS Regents exams. Students who pass the required components of the GED exam will receive the High School Equivalency Diploma(HSE). Students can dual enroll in the GED and an additional CTE program.
