Sullivan BOCES offers a series of cooperative school support services designed to increase efficiencies, save time and money and eliminate duplication of staff, facilities, and equipment. Management services exemplify the potential for reducing costs on back-office functions like the central business office so that resources remain where they should - supporting classroom instruction.  Our goal is simple, do everything we can to collaborate with our school colleagues to optimize efficiencies and enhance cost savings.
